Our Winery makes Tokaj wines without cultured yeast, using traditional methods and limited quantity. We have Furmint, a traditional Hungarian grape of this region, vulcanic slopes and a lot of sunshine which helps to produce these dry white wines and the natural sweet ones too.
Áldomás Tokaji Furmint Sweet 20137 490 FtThe story behind this special vintage is that 2013 was an extraordinary good harvest with premium aszú, so we tried to make our first aszú wine from that. We soaked 30 kg of our high-quality aszú in a small barrel of grape must for 24 hours, then waited. As the aszú-making is a slow process, we left it for weeks to mature, and first time we tasted it was already a beautiful dry new wine. We decided to add this small quantity to our sweet Áldomás furmint of that year, making it a truly unique, rich wine.
Áldomás Tokaji Furmint Sweet 20153 900 FtA classic Tokaj wine, you can taste raisin and the 20% barrel in it. The special balance of the sweetness and acidity is very unique in the world, but here it comes naturally from the Furmint grape and the special climate.
Áldomás Tokaji Furmint Sweet 20174 490 FtOur sweet furmint from 2017 hits the market after 2 years of bottle-ageing, showing the full flavours of Tokaj wines. We had extremely small quantity of grapes, which produced a very concentrated, rich flavour. You can feel the minarality and dried fruits, without the barrel-fermented characteristics, as it hasn’nt been in barrel at all. We have limited number of bottles from this wine, as the full batch was 350 bottles.

We have the Furmint grape throughout the whole area, but our wines are quite different due to the diversity of soils and the weather conditions in different vintages. Our artisan wines are made in limited series every year.
Our family winary was founded to show the joy of winemaking, the beauty and the values of this region to our guests and pass it on to the next generation.
